Police Monolith Signage
PRODUCTION / Flatmates S2 / Banijay Group
PROJECT DATE / 2020
The front of the modern Police signage required overhead signage – a monolith with illuminating lights inside, along with police-related posters. Measurements were taken to determine the width of the overhead signage, which would later be cut out of matte material and constructed with a plywood frame. An opal perspex front was added, with vinyls in the brand colours applied to the front, sides, and back. Lights were fixed within the frame to illuminate the wordmark and logo effectively. Additionally, anti-drugs and security posters were designed to fill up the windows, further establishing the essence of a police station.
